《凱薩琳 Full Body》公開了宣傳影片「成年人的修羅場劇場」第一彈，來看男主如何在兩位凱薩琳間的修羅場間周旋。本作還邀請澤城美雪等11位聲優為凱薩琳配音，玩家可自由選擇「理想的凱薩琳」。遊戲於2019年2月14日登陸PS4/PSV平台。
