We have lots of messages saying thank you, but we also got the letter from the WORKING UPDATED FarCry5 Temp Unlimited to close this WORKING UPDATED FarCry5 Temp Unlimited however we banned their IPs so they can never ever see our generator from their systems.
and it stays below 70 C running far cry 5 .. i run Uplay only GOLD copy here . for temp checking i only use hardware monitor as well as my asus bios and tools for my strix Z 270 H mainboard that may be another thing you wish to look into, setting up a fan curve in your system bios and checking that your CPU fan is plugged into the right connection on the main board for monitoring and fan control . I'm seeing high CPU usage/temperature when playing Far Cry 5. The CPU fan is spinning like crazy! I've played Red Dead Redemption 2, The Outer Worlds, Control, Metro Exodus, etc. all on Ultra High settings with 100 to 140+ FPS without this problem. It only happens with Far Cry 5. I've lowered the settings to Normal and tried limiting the FPS to 60 but it didn't help. Far Cry 5 is an amazingly beautiful game, where Montana’s original world is very accurately reproduced. With a very powerful game engine and a developed playground. But, as is often the case with large projects, much remained behind the scenes and was not included in the final release, and a lot of things were implemented not in the way users would like to see. It typically runs no higher than 65C in pretty much every game I play, except R6S.where it has run into similar problems but far less consistently.
